Police and firefighters are investigating a car blaze in Fleetwood in the early hours of this morning.

Fire crews were called out to the incident on Heathfield Road at 3am and spent around 40 minutes tackling the blaze.

A Lancashire Fire and Rescue spokesman said: "We extinguished the fire using a hose reel and a joint investigation is now underway alongside colleagues from the Police."
